The 16th annual Crimson Couch to 5K run/walk event will take place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 9:00 AM, starting and finishing at the Walk of Champions in front of Bryant-Denny Stadium. Participants of all ages, including faculty, staff, families, students, and community members, are invited to run or walk a scenic 3.1-mile route through campus. The event promotes physical activity and wellness while offering a fun way to engage with the university community. A portion of the race proceeds will benefit the Joe Espy SGA Scholarship to support students facing financial hardship. Participants can also earn WellBAMA Rewards points for joining the event.

A special Wild Symphony character parade starts at 12:30 p.m. encouraging kids in kindergarten through sixth grade to dress up and join in. 18th Annual Empty Bowls
