Alabama Shakes & The Secret Sisters

Alabama Shakes will return to Tuscaloosa on Friday, June 12 at the Mercedes-Benz Amphitheater as part of their 2026 U.S. tour, joined by special guests The Secret Sisters. The Athens, Alabama–formed band features vocalist and guitarist Brittany Howard, guitarist Heath Fogg, and bassist Zac Cockrell. They rose to national prominence with their 2012 debut album Boys & Girls, which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Independent Albums chart. The album earned multiple GRAMMY nominations and widespread critical acclaim, with Rolling Stone naming the single “Hold On” the best song of 2012. Following their breakout success, the band gained international recognition with major appearances including performances at the White House and on Saturday Night Live.
