Join a hands-on sourdough bread making class led by award-winning chef and instructor Pleshette Bevelle, designed to teach the fundamentals of artisan baking. Participants will learn how to work with a sourdough starter, mix and fold dough, and shape and score a loaf for baking. The class includes all materials and ingredients, along with expert guidance in a welcoming and approachable environment. Each attendee will leave with a live sourdough starter, a ready-to-bake loaf, recipe and care instructions, and a sample to taste. Guests are encouraged to bring an apron and a container for transporting their dough, though these are optional.
